    All of our broth mixes are blended and packaged in the Pacific Northwest, USA. Inspired by traditional Vietnamese pho kitchens, we use authentic spices and premium ingredients adhering to strict food-safety and restaurant-grade standards since 1998.

    Our broth pouches have a shelf life of up to 12 months when kept in a cool, dry place. Each pouch is carefully sealed to preserve the aromatic qualities of star anise, cinnamon, ginger, and royal shallots.

    It's remarkably simple: bring water to a boil, stir in the pouch contents until fully dissolved, and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Pour over your cooked rice noodles, add your preferred protein, and finish with fresh cilantro, Thai basil, lime, and thinly sliced chili.
